Typical lead times assume stocked FEM 2m classes; exotic wire-rope diameters or obsolete LMI boards add two to five days for factory pull.
Every line accepts a machine serial. When you email the counter, include rated SWL, span, hoist model plate, and the fault code if the LMI is dark. We return a parts list with Ex-Works week and whether a field FSE is required for install. Contracted sites target under eighteen hours mean time to repair for stocked hydraulic and brake kits.

ISO 9001 lot cards travel with every crate. CE Declarations for safety components are available as PDF on request. ASME B30 inspection checklists can be attached to PM-500 and PM-1000 packages for third-party witness days. When a hoist speed (m/min) change or lifting capacity re-rate is requested, engineering attaches the revised load chart and boom length / arm radius notes for jib packages before the crate leaves the hub.
